Role Description The Visa Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The individual in this position will guide students through the entire visa application process, including documentation, form filling, and interview preparation. Daily tasks include counseling students and families on suitable countries, courses, and visa pathways; reviewing eligibility; and ensuring compliance with immigration and embassy requirements.

The Visa

Counselor will coordinate with internal training teams, maintain accurate records of applications, follow up with students and authorities, and keep up-to-date with changes in visa rules and procedures. The role also involves providing clear communication, addressing student queries, and offering a professional and supportive experience throughout the visa journey.

Qualifications

- Strong counseling and advisory skills,



with the ability to assess student profiles and recommend appropriate study and immigration options.
- Knowledge of international education systems, visa procedures, and basic immigration regulations for key study destinations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex requirements in a transparent and respectful manner.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, application forms, and student records accurately.
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills to build trust, manage expectations, and support students facing time constraints or prior disappointments.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and collaborate with teaching and administration staff.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and online portals used for visa and university applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience as a visa counselor or in overseas education consulting is preferred.
