About the role The Love Hope Company is looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, story-driven content. You’ll work primarily on podcasts, interviews, thought-leadership videos, and social media content

.

What you'll do:

- Edit podcasts, interviews, founder-led & thought-leadership content .

- Create both long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Identify strong hooks, soundbites, and moments from long-form content.
- Add B-roll, subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design.
- Repurpose long-form videos into engaging social-first content.
- Work closely with the content/creative team and deliver edits within timelines.

What we're looking for:

- 2–5 years of video editing experience .

- Strong portfolio in podcasts, interviews, or thought-leadership content .

- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and audience retention .

- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
- Positive eye for visual aesthetics, typography, motion, and sound .

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
