About Us

Pathak100MPH is a fast-growing sports and cricket training brand focused on high-performance coaching, digital content, and building a strong presence across YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

We are looking for a creative, technically skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional content.
- Create professional motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Develop engaging, fast-paced edits optimized for audience retention and storytelling.
- Work with the content and marketing teams to execute creative concepts.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity, editing quality, and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple video projects while meeting production deadlines.
- Enhance videos with professional sound design, color correction, and visual storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Excellent understanding of motion graphics, animation, pacing,



and storytelling.
- Experience editing YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content.
- Knowledge of sound design, color grading, and visual effects.
- Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Must own a personal laptop/PC capable of professional video editing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating high-performing social media content.
- Understanding of YouTube audience retention, hooks, and short-form editing trends.
- Familiarity with sports, fitness, or performance-focused content.
- Ability to create premium, modern motion graphics and dynamic visual effects.
