Video Editor & Motion Graphics DesignerLocation: Delhi NCR

Work mode: Full-time, In office A valuable eye changes everything. We’re looking for someone who sees video differently.

Someone who understands that a great edit is more than putting clips together. It’s the timing of a cut, the movement of a frame, the sound that makes a moment land, and the details that make you watch something twice.

At Monvue, we’re building a modern beauty and eyewear brand with a distinct visual identity. We want to create content that feels considered, looks exceptional, and doesn’t blend into everything else on your feed.

From product films and motion graphics to unexpected Reels and creative campaigns, you’ll help shape how Monvue comes to life on screen.

We’re looking for someone with strong editing skills, a sharp visual instinct, and the technical ability to turn an idea into something worth watching.

What you'll do

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, product films, campaign videos, and short-form ads.
- Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated text, visual effects, and transitions that add to the story rather than distract from it.
- Bring static product images and footage to life through animation, compositing, and creative editing.
- Experiment with pacing, sound design, visual effects, and unexpected transitions to create distinctive content.
- Develop product-led videos that make people stop scrolling, pay attention, and remember what they saw.
- Turn creative references, rough concepts, and briefs into polished visual executions.
- Explore new editing styles, AI-assisted video creation, CGI, and 3D elements when they make the work better.
- Collaborate with our marketing and design team to develop fresh visual ideas for organic content and paid campaigns.
- Keep up with emerging creative formats without simply copying what's already trending.

What we're looking for

- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, or equivalent professional tools.
- A portfolio that demonstrates motion graphics, visual effects, animation, and strong editing.
- A solid understanding of typography, composition, timing, colour, sound, and visual storytelling.
- An instinct for what works on social media, paired with the taste to know what is worth creating.
- The ability to move between minimal, premium visuals and bold, experimental creative.
- Someone who is curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking an idea beyond the obvious.
- Someone who can work independently, move quickly, take feedback well, and care about the final output.

Experience with beauty, fashion, cosmetics, luxury, or D2C brands is a plus. This role is for you ifYou notice the edit as much as the video itself.

You save references because you want to understand how something was made. You experiment with movement, typography, sound, and transitions just to see what works. You have a point of view, but you're equally excited to learn something new.

You don't need a camera to make something beautiful. You know how to create in post-production, work with existing footage, and turn simple material into something visually compelling.

This role is not forPhotographers or videographers looking primarily for shooting assignments, or editors whose work is limited to basic cuts, templates, subtitles, and trending audio.

We're specifically looking for a video editor with strong motion graphics and post-production skills.

What matters most to usYour work. Your eye. Your ability to bring an idea to life.

We care more about what you can create than the degree you hold or the number of years on your CV.

Interested?Send us your portfolio or showreel, links to relevant projects, the software you work with, and your expected compensation.

Please include examples of your motion graphics and editing work. A CV alone won't tell us what we need to know.
