Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for editing educational, marketing, and social media content that communicates trading concepts in a clear and engaging way. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and assembling raw footage, adding motion graphics and visual effects, synchronizing audio, color correction and grading, and adapting content for multiple platforms (YouTube, app-based courses, social channels). The role also involves collaborating closely with trainers, content creators, and marketing teams to align videos with brand guidelines, learning objectives, and campaign goals.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring consistent presence for coordination, rapid content turnaround, and studio-based shoots.

Qualifications

- Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Experience with motion graphics and visual design tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) for titles, overlays, and animations.
- Proficiency in audio editing and sound design, including noise reduction, mixing voiceovers, and syncing music and effects.
- Skills in color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency and high production quality.
- Ability to tailor video formats and aspect ratios for digital platforms such as YouTube, social media, and mobile applications.
- Robust storytelling, pacing, and visual communication abilities, especially for educational and tutorial-style content.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort collaborating with trainers, marketers, and product teams, and incorporating feedback constructively.
- Prior experience in fintech, trading, or education-focused video content is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
