Responsibilities

- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and social media advertisements.
- Create attention-grabbing hooks and use retention editing techniques to keep viewers engaged.
- Add B-roll footage, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, and motion graphics.
- Edit videos according to the brands style, target audience, and project requirements.
- Follow editing references, feedback, and deadlines.
- Organize project files and maintain quality and consistency across videos.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends and creative techniques.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of video editing and storytelling.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.




- Understanding of social media content formats and aspect ratios.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to accept feedback and make revisions.
- A portfolio or sample edits is preferred.

Beginners with strong potential are welcome.
