Role Description The Video Editor intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The intern will assist in editing video content for a variety of marketing and branding projects, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and client requirements. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, applying basic effects and transitions, and collaborating on color grading and motion graphics.

The intern will work closely with the production and design teams to support pre-production planning, maintain organized project files, and optimize content for different digital platforms.



The role offers hands-on experience in a research-based media environment and exposure to real client projects.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in Video Production, including basic camera handling, shot composition, and understanding of production workflows.
- Practical ability in Video Editing using common editing software, with proficiency in cutting, sequencing, and adding transitions and audio.
- Basic knowledge of Video Color Grading to adjust exposure, contrast, and color balance for consistent visual quality.
- Introductory skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating titles, lower thirds, simple animations, and visual elements.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling ability.
- Capacity to follow direction, accept feedback, and work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program (e.g., film, media, design, or communication) is preferred but not required.
