Role Description -

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Raahi Connectify.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur, ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, branding, social media trends, and digital content creation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, engaging social media creatives, brand visuals, promotional videos, and motion graphics for multiple client brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and produce engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, advertisements, and other digital content.
- Design visually appealing social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual content.
- Perform video color correction, color grading, transitions, and audio synchronization.
- Develop creative concepts and execute visual campaigns aligned with brand identities.
- Collaborate with social media managers, content strategists,



and marketing teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and video content.
- Explore AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and content quality.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques, design styles, and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple client projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Preferably 2 years in graphic design, video editing, or related creative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator/CorelDRAW, or equivalent professional tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, branding, and visual composition.
- Experience creating social media content, short-form videos, reels, and digital advertisements.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video effects, color grading, and basic animation.
- Ability to develop creative concepts independently and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Familiarity with AI-based design and video creation tools is an added advantage.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Positive communication skills and willingness to collaborate with the team.
- A creative mindset, problem-solving attitude, and enthusiasm for learning.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design and video editing work is required.
