Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Kochi with a on site work model.

The Video

Editor will edit and assemble video footage for digital marketing campaigns, and social media content, ensuring high-quality output aligned with the brand’s visual style. Daily responsibilities include trimming clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, incorporating graphics and motion elements, and preparing platform-specific formats for Instagram, YouTube and other social channels. The role also involves color grading, basic sound adjustments, and collaborating closely with the digital marketing team to deliver engaging, story-driven videos on tight timelines.

The Video

Editor will help maintain an organized media library, contribute creative ideas for new formats, and stay updated on current video trends and best practices.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing including assembling footage, structuring narratives, and preparing content for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency, mood, and overall production quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, overlays, and other visual elements that support storytelling.
- Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.
- Candidates should have positive communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and work effectively with creative, production, and marketing teams.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, or social-first video content is preferred; a diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is an advantage.
