Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

In this role, the Video Editor will assemble, edit, and refine video content for AI films, micro dramas, branded content, ad films, and OTT projects, working closely with directors and producers from concept to final delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and managing footage, syncing audio, applying cuts and transitions, performing color correction and grading, and creating basic motion graphics when needed.

The Video Editor will also prepare multiple versions of content for different platforms, ensure smooth workflows with sound and design teams,



and maintain consistent visual quality across projects. The role involves collaborating in person for key production phases and reviews while using remote collaboration tools for ongoing edits and feedback.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including timeline management and storytelling through edit.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading with a solid understanding of color correction, LUTs, and creating consistent visual looks.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance narrative and branding.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar).
- Excellent visual storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to work with tight timelines without compromising quality.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with creative leads and receiving constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in film, OTT, digital content, or advertising environments is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
