Job Summary

Job Title: Video Editor & Animator

Employment type: Full-time, In office

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a week)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative video editor who can also animate. You will take footage from raw cuts to polished final videos. You will also create motion graphics and 2D animation, such as explainers, titles, transitions and animated visuals. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, good storytelling instincts and the speed to deliver quality work on tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into engaging videos, including YouTube content, reels/shorts, ads, promos and long-form pieces.
- Create 2D motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, logo animations, infographics and explainer sequences.
- Add sound design, music syncing, color correction and grading to give each video a cinematic, polished finish.
- Turn scripts, storyboards and rough ideas into clear visual concepts.
- Adapt content to multiple formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) for different platforms.
- Use AI-assisted tools (for example for visuals, upscaling, captions or background removal) where they improve quality or speed. Prompting for Kling ai and Seedance would be more preferable for ai based animation.
- Manage project files,



assets and versions in an organized way.
- Take feedback well and make revisions quickly.
- Keep up with trends in editing styles, animation techniques and social media formats.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing and animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. Audition or similar audio tools are a plus.
- Good grasp of pacing, storytelling, cuts, transitions, typography and color theory.
- Basic color grading and audio mixing skills.
- Ability to create original animations, not only template-based work.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to propose ideas, not only execute instructions.
- Efficient workflow, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D or other 3D tools.
- Character animation, rigging (Duik, etc.) or frame-by-frame animation.
- Knowledge of AI video and image tools.
- Experience with cinematic, music-driven or storytelling content.
- Bonus: Experience with skincare
