Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, focused on used car loan services. The team member will assist customers in understanding and selecting appropriate loan products for used vehicles, including explaining terms, rates, and repayment options. Daily responsibilities include evaluating customer eligibility, collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with automotive dealers, and ensuring smooth loan processing from application to disbursement.

The role also involves maintaining solid customer relationships, providing after-sales support,



and identifying opportunities for cross-selling related products such as insurance or refinancing. The individual will be expected to meet sales targets, follow compliance and risk guidelines, and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products and market trends.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide clear, respectful, and solution-oriented support.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector, particularly used car markets, vehicle valuation, and dealer processes.
- Experience in sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably within financial services or auto loans.
- Familiarity with insurance products related to vehicle financing and the ability to explain coverage options to customers.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from training programs, with a willingness to continuously learn about current products and regulations.
- Good numerical, analytical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, and comfort working in a fast-paced on-site environment in Patna.
- Relevant educational background in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; prior experience in automotive financing or banking is an advantage.
