Role - US Visa Sales / Immigration HR Consultant

Location - Hyderabad

Shift Timings - 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive, target-oriented consultant to connect with leads actively interested in H-1B and L-1 visa services, convert qualified prospects into clients, and coordinate with them through the immigration process up to petition filing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Call and connect with assigned leads interested in H-1B and L-1 visa services.
- Understand prospect profiles and explain service options, general eligibility considerations, documents, process stages, timelines, and fees clearly.
- Convert qualified leads through consultative communication, follow-ups, and professional sales techniques.
- Follow up by phone, email, and WhatsApp; maintain timely follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with onboarded clients from document collection through review, petition preparation, and filing coordination.
- Track missing documents and coordinate with attorneys and internal sales, documentation, and processing teams.
- Provide progress updates,



respond to routine questions, and escalate legal or case-specific queries to the appropriate specialist.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and work toward monthly sales, conversion, and onboarding targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- 0.6–3 years in sales, customer service, recruitment, visa consulting, or a related client-facing role; US immigration sales experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of H-1B and L-1 processes, or willingness to learn.
- Good communication, persuasion, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Robust follow-up, organization, and attention to detail; comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Professional approach to client information and transparent communication.

PREFERRED

- Experience in US immigration, staffing, recruitment, or consultative sales.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
