US Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Shift: US Shift (6PM - 3AM) M - F

Experience: 2+ years in US staffing preferred

Raya Workforce is looking for hands-on US Non-IT Recruiters who understand the US staffing process and can manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through candidate submission, interviews, and placement.

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

- Engineering — Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Project Engineering
- Manufacturing, Industrial, and Skilled Trades
- Construction, Maintenance, and Quality
- Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations
- Healthcare or Allied Health recruitment is an added advantage

What you'll be doing:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US non-IT requirements.
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels.




- Understand job requirements and identify candidates who genuinely match the client's needs.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations and evaluate experience, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Coordinate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the BDM and delivery team to prioritize requirements and close positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipeline updates.
