About the RolePophen Technology India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a technically competent and result-oriented Project Engineer to execute cleanroom and HVAC engineering projects across India. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation supervision, client coordination, quality control, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute cleanroom projects as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
- Supervise installation of cleanroom panels, doors, ceilings, flooring, pass boxes, air showers, and associated systems.
- Coordinate HVAC installation, including AHUs, ducting, HEPA filters, ventilation, and air distribution systems.
- Read and interpret cleanroom layouts, HVAC drawings, MEP drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.
- Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable GMP / ISO cleanroom requirements.
- Coordinate procurement and material planning with the purchase and stores teams.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues, execution constraints, and installation discrepancies.
- Support testing, adjusting, balancing, validation, qualification,



and commissioning activities.
- Monitor cleanroom performance parameters, including HEPA filter integrity, air changes, pressure differentials, temperature, and humidity, as applicable.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, site documentation, inspection checklists, and commissioning records.
- Coordinate snag rectification and ensure timely project completion and handover.

Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Good understanding of cleanroom engineering and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of AHUs, ducting, HEPA filters, filtration, air pressure, air changes, and temperature/humidity control.
- Familiarity with cleanroom panels, ceilings, flooring, doors, pass boxes, and air showers.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate HVAC / MEP services.
- Knowledge of site execution, material estimation, vendor coordination, and subcontractor management.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office / Excel preferred.
- Understanding of GMP and ISO cleanroom requirements will be an advantage.

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in cleanroom, HVAC, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or industrial projects.
- Hands-on experience in site execution, installation supervision, and client coordination.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
