Area Manager

Role Summary:

Oversee daily operations, performance, and growth of multiple veterinary clinics within Pune, ensuring high standards of patient care, client experience, staff management, and financial performance across the area.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage P&L;, revenue targets, and cost control across all clinics in the area
- Ensure consistent clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance with veterinary regulations
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate clinic managers and support staff. Support in recruitment of veterinary teams.
- Monitor client satisfaction, resolve escalated complaints, and drive retention
- Coordinate inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships across sites
- Implement company-wide SOPs and roll out new services/products at clinic level
- Analyze footfall, case volume, and revenue data; report insights to leadership
- Identify expansion opportunities (recent locations, partnerships) within the city
- Ensure staff scheduling, attendance,



and payroll coordination across clinics
- Drive marketing/local outreach initiatives in coordination with HQ marketing team Requirements
- 5+ years in multi-unit retail/healthcare/veterinary operations management
- Strong people management and P&L; ownership experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel across clinic locations within the city
- Proficiency with basic reporting tools/POS/clinic management software

Position Overview

- Location: City Clinics on rotation
- Reporting To: Head Clinic Operations
- Work Timings: 9am - 6pm, 6 days working
- Week Off: Rotational during the week
- Industry: Healthcare / Veterinary Services
