Crack Academy is looking for knowledgeable, dedicated, and academically strong UPSC Mentors cum Subject Matter Experts to support Civil Services aspirants through hybrid learning sessions, doubt-resolution classes, and high-quality educational content.

The selected candidates will primarily work as doubt-solving faculty during live online and hybrid lectures, helping students understand complex concepts, clarify their queries, and strengthen their preparation for the UPSC Civil Services Examination.

They will also contribute to the development of current affairs content, including research-based scripts and educational material for Crack Academy's YouTube channel.

Mandatory Eligibility Requirement: Candidates must have appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Main Examination (Mains). Applications from candidates who have not appeared for UPSC Mains will be rejected.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online and hybrid doubt-solving sessions for UPSC Civil Services aspirants.
- Resolve students' doubts during live lectures with conceptual clarity, accuracy, and exam-oriented explanations.
- Assist students in understanding static subjects, current affairs, and their relevance to the UPSC Prelims and Mains examinations.
- Explain complex topics using simple language, relevant examples, and analytical approaches.
- Support students with answer-writing queries, GS paper preparation,



and the application of concepts to UPSC Mains questions.
- Research, develop, and contribute current affairs content for Crack Academy.
- Prepare concise notes, explainers, discussion points, and educational scripts on important national and international developments.
- Connect current events with relevant GS syllabus topics, government policies, reports, and previous years' UPSC questions.
- Participate in academic discussions, content reviews, and other teaching-related activities as required.
- Maintain accuracy, relevance, and quality in both academic mentoring and content development.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must have appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Main Examination at least once.
- Strong understanding of the UPSC Civil Services syllabus, examination pattern, and preparation strategy.
- Good command over at least one or more relevant General Studies subjects, such as Polity, History, Geography, Economy, Environment, Science & Technology, International Relations, or Ethics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and systematically.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in interacting with students during live online sessions.
- Ability to research current affairs and convert complex developments into accurate, engaging, and UPSC-oriented educational content.
- Prior experience in UPSC mentoring, teaching, answer evaluation, academic content development, or educational video scripting will be an added advantage.




- Comfortable with online teaching, live doubt-solving, and video-based educational content creation.

Required Skills

- In-depth familiarity with the UPSC syllabus and examination requirements.
- Strong conceptual clarity and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle student queries spontaneously during live sessions.
- Understanding of current affairs and their linkage with the static UPSC syllabus.
- Ability to work with digital teaching platforms and collaborative content-development workflows.
