Hiring: Unit Manager / Parent Relationship Manager

Location:Ballygunge, Kolkata- 700029

Salary: 40k to 50k per month

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities

Admissions & Business Growth

Drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets.

Conduct parent counseling and school tours.

Build relationships within the local community.

Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and admission events.

Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion and improve conversion rates.

Operations & Leadership

Manage daily preschool operations and ensure quality standards.

Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop staff.

Implement curriculum aligned with regulations and international frameworks.

Build strong parent relationships and community trust.





Manage budgets and ensure compliance with local laws.

Collaborate with international colleagues to implement best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education).

5+ years of experience as a Preschool Centre Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Solid leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
