Role Description The UK Practice Manager will oversee day-to-day management of UK client accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outsourced services. This full-time, in office role based in Jamnagar includes supervising accounting teams, allocating work, monitoring productivity, and maintaining quality standards aligned with UK accounting and tax regulations. The role involves coordinating monthly bookkeeping and management accounts, year-end accounts preparation, and tax filings, as well as resolving client queries and providing proactive updates.

The UK Practice Manager will collaborate with UK partners,



improve processes, support staff training, and help maintain strong client relationships. The position also requires preparing internal reports, managing deadlines, and contributing to service improvement and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong background in accounting and finance, preferably with experience in UK accounting practices, tax compliance, and outsourced service delivery.
- Prior experience managing teams or practice operations, with skills in workload planning, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and client service skills, including the ability to manage UK-based stakeholders, handle queries, and build long-term relationships.
- High level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with accounting and bookkeeping software, MS Excel, and other office productivity tools; familiarity with UK tax and payroll systems is an advantage.
- Relevant professional qualification (such as Chartered Accountant, ACCA, or equivalent finance degree) strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively across cross-border teams and time zones.
