About the roleWe are looking for a creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to design intuitive digital experiences and engaging visual content. You will collaborate with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to create user-friendly interfaces and maintain a consistent brand identity across digital channels.

Responsibilities

- Design user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and use feedback to improve designs.
- Develop and maintain reusable components, design systems, and style guides.
- Create graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistent typography, colors, layouts, and branding across all assets.
- Prepare design files and specifications for developers and support implementation.
- Review implemented interfaces for design accuracy, responsiveness, and usability.
- Manage multiple design tasks and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of skilled experience in UI/UX and graphic design.




- A portfolio demonstrating both digital product design and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating responsive designs, prototypes, and developer-ready assets.
- Familiarity with user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility.
- Ability to explain design decisions and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.

Nice to have
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or illustration.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience designing for e-commerce, SaaS products, or mobile applications.
