What You’ll Do

- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our SaaS application.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Translate product requirements and user problems into effective design solutions.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis when required.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented designs and ensure consistency with design specifications.
- Use data, user feedback, and product analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
- Contribute to the overall visual language and design standards of the product.
- Create prototypes to communicate and validate product concepts before development.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating SaaS, web application, or product design work.




- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy, and consistency.
- Hands-on experience with Figma.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity designs.
- Understanding of responsive and accessibility-focused design.
- Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical constraints.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Good to Have
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products.
- Experience with CRM, sales, marketing, lead generation, data, or AI products.
- Understanding of product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, or Amplitude.
- Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development.
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy applications.
- Experience working with design systems.
