Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and set CNC Turn Mill machines as per production requirements.

- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.

- Perform machine setting, tool selection, offset correction and program loading.

- Handle CNC controls such as Fanuc / Mitsubishi / Siemens.

- Conduct in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.

- Ensure production as per required quality, quantity and cycle time.

- Perform tool change, minor troubleshooting and machine housekeeping.

- Maintain safety standards and follow production procedures.

Required Skills:

- CNC Turn Mill / CNC Turning machine operation.

- Knowledge of G-code / M-code and basic CNC programming.

- Positive knowledge of GD&T;, drawing reading and measuring instruments.

- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.

- Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
