Role Description The Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves advising travelers on destinations, itineraries, and trip options that match their preferences and budget.

The Travel

Consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including bookings, reservations, and coordination with vendors for road trips, treks, and meetups. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth travel experiences.



The role also includes maintaining accurate records of bookings, preparing travel documents, and collaborating with internal teams to refine and promote trip packages.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design suitable itineraries and oversee trip execution.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, confirmations, and changes efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, support travelers, and manage queries or concerns professionally.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple trips, deadlines, and traveler requests.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with travel booking tools, basic computer skills, and familiarity with online communication platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Relevant experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is beneficial; a degree or certification in travel, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
