Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Ahmedabad.

The Travel

Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel, including tours, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client preferences, preparing customized itineraries, providing destination information, and advising on travel options, budgets, and schedules. The role involves managing reservations, coordinating travel arrangements with partners and vendors, and ensuring accuracy in documentation such as tickets, vouchers,



and confirmations.

The Travel

Consultant will also handle inquiries, resolve issues, provide proactive customer support before, during, and after travel, and contribute to sales and promotional activities for various tour packages.

Salary Expectations

- 20k to 22k per month.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design, plan, and optimize itineraries for diverse travel needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to book flights, hotels, tours, and transport accurately and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and resolve client concerns in a professional manner.
- Relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality environment is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of major travel destinations, tour products, and basic geography, along with familiarity with booking systems or travel software, is preferred.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with targets and timelines are important.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, with effective verbal and written communication skills, is advantageous.
- A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an added benefit.
