Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in South Delhi.

The Travel

Consultant will engage with customers to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and schedules, and recommend suitable group, family, corporate, and customized tour packages. Daily responsibilities include planning itineraries, managing bookings and reservations, coordinating transportation and accommodations, and ensuring all travel arrangements run smoothly. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing destination information, resolving issues before and during trips, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and payments.

Consultant will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective travel experiences aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design itineraries and plan end-to-end trips.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to coordinate bookings for transport, accommodation, and activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and manage customer expectations.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Proficiency with booking platforms, basic computer applications, and record-keeping tools.
- Prior experience in travel consulting, tour operations, or hospitality is preferred.
- Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
