- Coordinate daily transportation and vehicle requirements for the Machine Shop.

- Ensure timely movement of raw materials, machining components, and finished goods.

- Manage company vehicles, drivers, transport vendors, and route planning.

- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and transportation costs.

- Verify transport bills, maintain trip records, and prepare transport MIS.

- Ensure compliance with vehicle documentation, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for smooth transport operations.
