URGENT HIRING – TRANSPORT TRACKING & LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE? Location: Chandigarh

Job Responsibilities

- Track and monitor vehicles, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely transportation.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and customers regarding shipment status.
- Provide regular updates on vehicle locations, delivery schedules, delays, and transit issues.
- Maintain daily transport tracking reports and update Excel sheets.
- Handle logistics documentation, including LR/GR, e-way bills, delivery challans, and PODs.
- Assist with transport billing, freight invoices, bill verification,



and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation expenses and shipment details.
- Resolve transportation-related issues and ensure smooth logistics operations.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in transport tracking, logistics, or transportation operations.
- Good knowledge of Excel and transport documentation.
- Experience in freight billing and transporter coordination.
- Robust follow-up, communication, and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
