Role Description The Training Manager role at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is a full-time, in office position based in Chandigarh.

The Training

Manager will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for sales teams,



branch staff, and other stakeholders to enhance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, creating training materials and modules, and coordinating with business leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with organizational goals. The role also involves tracking training outcomes through assessments and performance metrics, maintaining training records, and continuously improving content based on feedback and industry changes.

The Training

Manager will collaborate with HR and business teams to support onboarding programs, capability-building initiatives, and talent development across the region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learner groups and influence stakeholders.
- 3-4 years of Experience in Training or sales both are applicable
- Comfort with MS Office.
