Job Title: Training Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Training Manager to oversee our cybersecurity training programs. The role involves coordinating with trainers, students, and content developers to ensure timely classes, effective learning, and smooth training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage training batches, courses, certification programs, and workshops.
- Plan class schedules and coordinate trainer availability.
- Coordinate the preparation of presentations, handbooks, practical labs, and assessments.
- Manage course content, student access, and training updates on the SkillTrack portal.
- Monitor attendance, learner progress, and completion of training activities.
- Handle student queries and coordinate the resolution of training-related issues.
- Collect student feedback, review training quality, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain training schedules,



attendance records, and progress reports.
- Support sales and marketing teams with accurate training and course information.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; an IT or cybersecurity background is preferred.
- 1.5–2 years of experience in training coordination, training management, or course administration.
- Valuable communication, planning, and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and learning management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple training batches and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity courses is an advantage.
