Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver training programs for insurance sales teams to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in BPO operations, insurance sales, or related field.
- Solid understanding of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
