Teleperformance is Hiring || Trainer: Banking Process

- Location: Gurgaon (94-95)

Preferred Candidates: Professionals with experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Sales Processes will be given preference.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in Training & Development, preferably in the BFSI or Sales Process
- Deliver effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Facilitate process training, product knowledge sessions, and refresher training as required.
- Ensure employees develop a strong understanding of process guidelines, business requirements, and customer handling techniques.
- Monitor trainee performance through assessments, role-plays, mock calls, and feedback sessions.
- Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate coaching and improvement plans.




- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve employee performance and maintain process standards.
- Track training effectiveness, maintain training records, and support employees in achieving business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant experience in Training & Development, preferably in a BPO/contact centre environment.
- Candidates with experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Sales Processes will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Strong coaching, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
