FIRSTCOMPANi helps entrepreneurs and businesses across Kerala with company formation, compliance and brand protection. We’re a growing team in the business consulting space, and we’re looking for someone to join our trademark desk.

What the role is really about

You won’t be filing or drafting anything legal. Your job is to keep every trademark matter moving and every client in the loop. You’ll be the link between our clients, our IP lawyers and our internal team.

Day to day, you’ll:

- Collect documents and details from clients and pass them to our IP lawyers
- Coordinate on trademark applications, objections, hearings and renewals
- Call clients (and meet them when needed) to update them and explain the next steps in simple terms
- Track deadlines and follow up so nothing slips
- Keep trackers, client records and case files clean and up to date





Let’s be honest: this role is focused only on trademark services, so a lot of the work is repeat process. If you like structure, routine and getting things right every time, you’ll do well here.

You’re a positive fit if you:

- Are a Postgraduate in any discipline
- Live in Calicut City
- Speak fluent Malayalam and English (this is a must)
- Are comfortable talking to clients over the phone and in person
- Can coordinate with both internal teams and outside parties
- Are good with Excel / Google Sheets
- Want to build a long-term career in paralegal services and the business consulting industry

Freshers are welcome. We’ll train you.
