Role Description The Tour Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for designing and coordinating travel itineraries and tour packages. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their preferences and budgets, recommending destinations and services, and preparing detailed travel plans.

The Tour

Consultant will manage bookings for transportation, accommodation, and activities, while ensuring smooth trip execution and prompt resolution of any issues. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing destination information, maintaining accurate records,



and collaborating with partners and vendors to deliver high-quality travel experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism skills, with the ability to design and manage tailored tour packages.
- Candidates should possess experience in Guided Tours, including planning itineraries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring protected, enjoyable travel experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, timely information.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with travel booking tools and basic office software are highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, collaborate with a team, and adapt to changing customer requirements and travel conditions.
