- Handle international calls for US clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings and night shifts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Grad/ UG - Fresher OR Experienced with good com-skills
- 0-5 years of experience in an International Call Centre setting (Freshers welcome).
- Fluent English language skills (spoken & written) with excellent communication abilities.
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
