Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and supervise tool room die fitting and manufacturing activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks

- Strong knowledge of die fitting activities
- Familiar with tool room machines such as VMC, EDM, and conventional machines like Lathe, M1TR, Milling, etc
- Manpower planning , Job allocation and performance monitoring of the team
- Robust lead for preventive and predictive maintenance of molds and assembly fixtures
- Handle breakdowns in molds and assembly tools on the production line
- Ensure safe working conditions and promote a safety culture
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as NX (Unigraphics) and DELCAM.
- Documentation as per IATF-16949

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering ‎ ‎
