- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons aligned with the school and board syllabus.
- Classroom Instruction: Teach prose, poetry, grammar, and writing formats using modern digital tools and interactive methods.
- Assessments & Grading: Design worksheets, quizzes, term tests, and examination papers; evaluate student submissions and provide constructive feedback.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate academic records, monitor student performance, and support underperforming students.
- Parent-Teacher Communication: Participate in PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) to update parents on behavioral and academic growth.
- Co-Curricular Involvement: Guide students in debates, elocution, essay writing, spelling bees, and school assemblies
