Min exp should be 2-3 year 1.Able to write Test scenarios & test case 2.Able to do the Test case execution 4.Understanding in Motor policy issuance (UW rule, endorsement) 6.creation of daily status report 7. Good communication & confidence 8. able to be logged defect & take follow up with stakeholders 9. Positive knowledge of STLC process & defect life cycle 10. able to connect with dev team for defect triage
