Role Description The Inbound Sales Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for handling incoming inquiries, leads, and customer requests via phone, email, chat, and other channels. In this role, the specialist listens to prospect needs, presents tailored service solutions, and guides potential clients through the sales process from initial contact to close. Daily activities include qualifying leads,



answering product and service questions, preparing proposals or quotations, updating CRM records, and following up to ensure timely responses and conversions. The specialist collaborates closely with account managers and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service delivery and maintains a high standard of customer experience. This role also involves meeting established sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback on lead quality and process improvements.
