We’re hiring: Senior Sales Lead, Cybersecurity Services | Hyderabad (Onsite)
KLEAP Cyber is building its outbound sales function from the ground up, and we’re looking for the person who will lead it.

The role
This is a hands-on, player-coach position. You’ll sell directly, build the outbound playbook, and hire and coach a small team of sales executives as it grows. You’ll report straight to the founder, with real ownership and no layers in between.

What you’ll do
• Lead outbound sales across regions
• Connect with CISOs, IT heads, CTOs and compliance leaders
• Run discovery calls, demos and proposals, and close deals
• Build the scripts, target account lists and ideal customer profile
• Coach and review the work of your sales executives
• Keep the CRM clean and share weekly funnel updates with leadership

What we’re looking for
• A proven B2B consultative sales background, ideally in cybersecurity, IT services or SaaS
• Comfort discussing VAPT, ISO 27001, SOC 2,



DPDP and security audits with technical and business buyers
• Strong spoken and written English, plus Hindi and/or Telugu
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
• Discipline with CRM, pipeline and numbers
• A builder’s mindset: you’re happy to roll up your sleeves

Bonus points
• An existing network among IT and security decision-makers
• Prior time at a cybersecurity or IT services firm
