Role Description This is a full time, on-site Account Manager role based in North Goa. The Account Manager will manage relationships with travel partners, corporate clients,



and community stakeholders, ensuring that experiences are delivered smoothly and expectations are met. The role involves handling client communication, understanding requirements, preparing proposals, and coordinating bookings and itineraries with internal teams and local hosts. The Account Manager will monitor experience quality, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and expand accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, tracking account performance, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, and representing Soul Travelling at on-ground events, meetings, and partner interactions.
