About the RoleConsulting & Beyond is looking for a Team Lead – Internal Audit, Team Lead - Taxation to join our professional services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client assignments, leading audit and taxation engagements, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage Internal Audit and Taxation assignments.
• Plan, execute, review, and finalize audit engagements.
• Handle client communication and understand client requirements.
• Review financial, accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
• Identify risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and review audit reports, working papers, and related documentation.
• Supervise and guide team members and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Support clients with professional advice on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.




• Coordinate with senior management and clients for effective execution of assignments.

Eligibility & Qualifications• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Candidates who have successfully completed CA Articleship in a CA Firm can apply.
• Strong knowledge of Internal Audit, Taxation, Accounting, and Compliance.
• Good analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to independently manage assignments and lead a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
