Role Description
• Project: Continued development of Journi Applications

Core Duties
• Configure and develop Microsoft D365 CE CRM via Agile backlog.
• Integrate D365 CE with Contact Centers, portals, SAP, and payment gateways.
• Configure Omnichannel features including Channels, Workstreams, and Unified Routing.
• Build CI/CD pipelines adhering to ALM and SDLC best practices.
• Optimize system functionality and provide ongoing technical support.

Technical Requirements
• D365 CE: 5+ years developing and configuring business applications.
• Customer Service: 3+ years configuring Omnichannel, Unified Routing, and PCF.
• .NET Development: 7+ years writing plugin code for Dynamics CE.
• Frontend/Automation: 3+ years React,



3+ years Power Automate, 2+ years PowerBI.
• Integration Experience: Proven track record with ERPs, payment gateways, and IVR/Telephony.
• Hands-on experience integrating D365 CE with SAP/ERPs and Payment Gateways

Preferred Certifications:
• MB-910, MB-200, PL-100, MB-230, and PL-400.
