About the RoleHumanize is looking for a Visual Designer & Video Editor with a strong design sense, creative judgment, and the ability to understand the context behind what they are creating.

The role will span graphic design, video editing, and website design/building on Webflow.
We are looking for someone who can go beyond executing instructions. The person should be able to understand the requirements, audience, and purpose of a piece of content, think through how it can be presented visually, and then take it through to execution.

A strong eye for design, attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with different formats and tools will be important.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing & Content RepurposingA significant part of the role will involve working with recorded conversations, interviews, podcasts, founder videos, event sessions, and other long-form content.





Responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing long-form videos and understanding the conversation before beginning the edit.
• Identifying strong sections that can work as meaningful standalone short-form videos.
• Converting longer recordings into short-form content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Making editorial decisions about what should be retained, removed, shortened, or rearranged.
• Ensuring short-form videos have enough context to make sense independently.
• Using typography, motion graphics, animation, transitions, visual effects, overlays, B-roll, and supporting visuals where they strengthen the content.
• Creating strong openings and endings while keeping the content natural and aligned with the person or brand.
• Maintaining visual consistency across a video series.
• Occasionally editing longer-form videos such as podcasts, interviews, conversations, or event recording
