Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of multiple events and projects. This role manages day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling,



and logistics to ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations. The Operations Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners, monitors workflows, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. The role also includes tracking key performance indicators, managing risk and compliance, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle. The Operations Manager is expected to lead and mentor team members, foster a collaborative environment, and uphold high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications

• Strong operations and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Experience in event management or hospitality operations, with the ability to handle logistics, vendor relations, and on-site coordination.
• Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting related to event or business
