Role Description The Billing Specialist is a full-time remote job. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes for pediatric therapy clients, including creating and reviewing invoices, validating billing data, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims.





Day-to-day tasks include reconciling accounts, monitoring payments, following up on outstanding balances, and assisting with denial resolution in coordination with the revenue cycle management team.

The Billing Specialist will communicate regularly with clients, payers, and internal stakeholders to clarify billing issues, update status on claims, and maintain transparent documentation. The role also involves maintaining billing records, supporting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant payer and organizational guidelines.
