? Key Responsibilities

✅ Engage with prospective learners through calls, demos, emails, and chats.
✅ Understand learners’ educational and career aspirations and recommend suitable degree programs.
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to enrollment.
✅ Maintain accurate lead records using CRM tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms.
✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
✅ Build strong relationships with prospective learners and guide them throughout the enrollment journey.

? Eligibility Criteria





✔️ 1–6 years of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in EdTech.
✔️ Experience selling online degree programs or upskilling courses is an advantage.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
