Role Description The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at CSAUA&T; in Kanpur. The role involves supporting day-to-day administrative operations, coordinating between departments, and assisting in the implementation of university policies and procedures.



The Assistant Manager will help manage documentation, scheduling, and reporting, as well as provide operational support for academic, research, and extension activities. Responsibilities include liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of tasks, maintaining records and databases, and contributing to process improvements. The role may also involve helping organize meetings, workshops, and events that serve faculty, students, and members of the farming community.
