Role Description The Inside Sales Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this position, the counselor engages with prospective learners via phone, email, and online channels to understand their educational and career goals, explain program offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting needs assessments, providing accurate information about courses and degrees, and following up with leads to ensure timely decision-making. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, achieving enrollment and revenue targets, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and learner experience.
