Role Description

The Relationship Manager Insurance is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role involves meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their insurance and broader financial needs, and recommending suitable life, health, and general insurance solutions aligned with their goals.



The Relationship Manager will conduct regular follow-ups, manage policy renewals, handle documentation, and ensure timely servicing of claims and endorsements in coordination with insurers and internal teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate client records, preparing basic proposals and presentations, supporting cross-selling of other financial products, and adhering to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. The role requires proactive relationship building, consistent client communication, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, trustworthy client experience.
