Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, Lucknow ,Etawah, Jhansi responsible for driving sales growth across Spekctrum’s financial and lifestyle products.



This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with individual and business clients. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, set and monitor performance targets, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities for outreach and revenue generation. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and product teams, ensuring excellent customer experience, conducting regular reporting, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
